REMINDER: Worship at Bishop O'Connell High School this week

Our 9 am and 11 am Worship Services are back at Bishop O'Connell High School this Sunday. We will be at BOC until the last Sunday in July. The 9 and 11 am Services will be at Kenmore Middle School on July 28, and then we return to BOC. More information

Worship Teams
"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God." Colossians 3:16

 The Falls Church Anglican worship team leads the congregation in singing praise to God at the weekend informal services. Vocalists and instrumentalists on the team typically participate once or twice a month and rehearse on the Saturday afternoon of the weekend they’re scheduled.

Our passion is for God’s glory to be our delight – both in our private lives and our up-front leadership on the weekends. We want to spread a passion for God’s glory by serving the congregation with humility and excellence through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Since we exist to serve the congregation, members of the worship team first demonstrate their commitment to the congregation by becoming a member of the church. In the course of worship team auditions and interviews (by appointment or invitation), instrumentalists and vocalists are not only expected to demonstrate musical gifting, but also a priority for the exaltation of Jesus Christ in their life and through their gifts.
