SUMMARY:Explore Becoming a Small Group Leader
LOCATION:Ministry Center
DESCRIPTION:“We are not ourselves\, by ourselves\,” our Rector Sam Ferguson often reminds us. God’s design is for His people to grow in Christ—together. Small groups are one of the primary ways we live this out at TFCA.  Small groups nurture deep relationships\, spiritual growth\, and missional Christian community. \n\n\n\nSmall group leaders are not merely facilitators of a group—small group leaders also help our clergy to shepherd\, disciple\, and care for our church.  The aim of TFCA small groups is deeply rooted in the pillars of our church: community\, discipleship\, mission\, and worship.  Community - We gather in the name of Christ.   Discipleship - We grow more like Christ.   Mission - We go for Christ.   Worship - We glorify Christ.    \n\n\n\nIf you are interested in learning more about becoming a small group leader\, please join us for an orientation. We will discuss both the theological foundations for community and the practical nuts-and-bolts of leading a small group. For more information\, contact Kristina Diaz.
