DESCRIPTION:“We are not ourselves\, by ourselves\,” our Rector Sam Ferguson often reminds us. God’s design is&nbsp\;for His people to grow in Christ—together.  Small groups are one of the primary ways we live this out at TFCA. &nbsp\;Small groups&nbsp\;nurture deep relationships\, spiritual growth\, and missional Christian community.&nbsp\; Small group leaders are not merely facilitators of a group—small group leaders&nbsp\;also&nbsp\;help our clergy&nbsp\;to shepherd\, disciple\, and care for our church. &nbsp\;\n\n\n\nThe aim of TFCA small groups is deeply rooted in the pillars of our church: community\, discipleship\, mission\, and worship. &nbsp\;\n\n\n\n\nCommunity - We gather in the name of Christ.   \n\n\n\nDiscipleship - We grow more like Christ.   \n\n\n\nMission - We go for Christ.   \n\n\n\nWorship - We glorify Christ.   \n\n\n\n\nWe need more small group leaders!
