SUMMARY:Women’s Advent Quiet Morning
LOCATION:Lower Narthex
DESCRIPTION:What made the Wise Men undertake a long\, dangerous journey? What made the shepherds leave their flocks at night? What made John the Baptist leap for joy before he’d taken a breath\, and Simeon depart in peace after a lifetime of waiting? This Advent\, we’ll gather to behold the beauty of Christ\, allowing our love for Him to overflow into an invitation to come and see how good He is.\n\nJoin us for a morning of quiet reflection and prayer led by Elizabeth Fender.\n\nAbout Elizabeth Fender: Elizabeth has been a member of TFCA since 2022\, where she’s passionate about community building and spiritual formation. She lives in Old Town Alexandria with her very orange cat\, Teddy\, and enjoys running by the riverfront and riding the Mount Vernon Trail. Professionally\, she manages graphic design\, marketing\, and interior design for a DC public policy organization. She loves to read and is always on the lookout for a good book recommendation!\n\nThursday\, December 3\, 2026\, 9:30–11:30 AM in the Lower Narthex. For questions\, please contact Anne Fitzpatrick at afitzpatrick@tfcanglican.org.
