Small Books, Big Messages – Rediscovering the Minor Prophets
Join us for a 12-week journey through the 12 Minor Prophets of the Old Testament, studying one book each Sunday. Far from being obscure or outdated, these inspired books proclaim God’s holiness, justice, mercy, and unfailing covenant love while pointing forward to the coming of Jesus Christ and the hope of the gospel. Each week we will explore the historical setting and central message of a prophet, see how it fits within the grand story of Scripture, discover its fulfillment in Christ, and discuss its enduring relevance for the church as we faithfully live and witness in today’s culture.
Whether you are new to Bible study or have been studying God’s Word for years, this overview will deepen your understanding of Scripture and strengthen your confidence in the unity and gospel-centered message of the entire Bible. Newcomers are welcome to join the class at any time!
The class will run this Fall from Sunday, September 13 through December 20 (No Class Oct. 18 & Nov. 29)
