In Matthew 28:19-20, Jesus commands His followers to “go and to make disciples.” The two central aspects of disciple-making listed by Jesus here are “baptism” (v. 19) and “teaching” (v. 20). At its core, discipleship refers to the cultivation of a life of transformative “obedience” (v. 20) to the Lord by being united to Him in baptism and being conformed to His will and ways through faithful obedience to His Word. There are many avenues for growth as a disciple of Christ here at TFCA, including Adult Educa-tion/Discipleship Classes (www.tfcanglican.org/upcoming-events); Baptism, Membership and Confirmation (www.tfcanglican.org/membership-baptism); Men’s Ministry (www.tfcanglican.org/men); Women’s Ministry (www.tfcanglican.org/women); and 20s & 30s Ministry (www.tfcanglican.org/20sand30s).
