Retreat Details
Registration + Cost
- Adults: $250 each
- Ages 10-18: $150 each
- Ages 2-9: $100 each
- Under 2: Free
Price includes two nights lodging at Sandy Cove retreat center, five meals, and all programming.
We will open a waitlist if the retreat reaches maximum capacity. We encourage you to join the waitlist if that is the case. There is a lot of movement between registration and the retreat and many people on the waitlist are able to attend.
Scholarships + DOnations
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to participate in our church retreat, regardless of financial circumstances. Limited scholarship funds are available to help offset the cost. Please fill out the scholarship application HERE and submit the form to registration@tfcanglican.org. We will follow up with you once we receive your form. You will need a scholarship code BEFORE you register.
If you feel led to donate to our scholarship fund to help others attend the retreat, there will be an option to do so on the registration form. We would love to bless other church members in this way if you are able!
Lodging + Meals
Accommodations: Sandy Cove has similar room accommodations as a hotel. Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner), towels, and mini refrigerators are in every room in case you need to store snacks. While we are hoping to disconnect, Wi-Fi is available as well.
Roommates: Nearly all of the rooms at Sandy Cove accommodate 4-6 people. There are VERY limited couple rooms and no single rooms. Please plan accordingly and grab friends and roommates so we can fill as many rooms as possible to accommodate our large church family!
Find roommates! If you would like to be paired with a roommate or have roommates lined up ahead of time, you will be able to note that on your registration form.
Meals and Hospitality
Sandy Cove will be providing our five meals throughout the weekend and also offers free coffee at their 24 hour front desk. There is coffee, tea, and snacks available for purchase during select times throughout the weekend at Uncle Wilf’s Cafe. Additionally, we will have a hospitality suite that will provide water, juice, tea, and pre-packaged snacks.

Guest Speaker | Rev. Dr. John Yates III

John W. Yates III became rector of Holy Trinity in September 2010. Having grown up in Falls Church, Virginia, he attended the University of Virginia before moving to London, England, where he served as Study Assistant to the well-known Anglican theologian, John Stott, from 1996-1999. John went on to earn an MA in Theology from King’s College, London, an MDiv. from Trinity School for Ministry, Ambridge, PA, and a PhD in New Testament from Cambridge University, England.
John was ordained to the priesthood in March 2004. He first served as Assistant to the Dean of the Chapel at Clare College, Cambridge, from 2004 to 2006. He then served as Clergy Associate for Adult Discipleship at Church of the Good Samaritan, Paoli, PA, from 2007 to 2010.
John is married to Alysia and they have four children: Sylvia, Isabel, Jack and Alexander.
We are looking forward to our time together in October! We are praying that it is a restful time where we can get away, connect with each other, and grow deeper in our understanding of the Lord.
