Please join us on Sunday, March 22, after the 9:00 or 11:00 service to learn more about the summer outreach trip for high schoolers (current 9th-12th graders) to serve the community of Welch, West Virginia, on July 20-25. Welch is one of the poorest zip codes in the United States. There are some great ministries that are well established in the community with whom we will be partnering with to serve the community by doing projects (such as helping elderly clean out their house or projects for the school where there isn’t enough government funding) and putting on a sports camp to better connect people to the church in Welch.
The meeting will take place in the Ridley Conference Room next to Cranmer Chapel, on the third floor of the 6565 Arlington Blvd. office building. For more information about the trip or the interest meeting, please reach out to us at studentmin@tfcanglican.org.
