Monday Body & Soul Gold (In-Person & Virtual)

Body and Soul Gold is a Christian fitness ministry targeting seniors and those with balance or mobility issues. Exercise in a seat or standing position to increase your heart rate, flexibility, strength, and balance. Taught by a Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Body and Soul also meets on Wednesdays, 12:30 p.m.-1:45 p.m.
