Body and Soul Gold is a Christian fitness ministry targeting seniors and those with balance or mobility issues. Exercise in a seat or standing position to increase your heart rate, flexibility, strength, and balance. Taught by a Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Body and Soul also meets on Mondays, 10:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m.
