Body and Soul Gold

Zoom and in-person. Mondays: 10:30AM – 11:45AM, Wednesdays: 12:30PM-1:45PM. In the Ministry Center. Designed for older bodies to keep us strong, limber, and moving. Seated and standing exercise occurs simultaneously. Taught by an A.C.E. certified Group Fitness Instructor. www.bodyandsoul.org

Social Bridge

Tuesdays from 9:30am - 12pm
Social Bridge meets in person in the Back 40 (third floor of the church office building, 6565 Arlington Blvd). All levels play, whether you’re new to cards or have been playing since college!

Safe Haven

The first Thursday of each month we prepare and distribute lunch for the working poor of Falls Church, working in the kitchen of 1st Christian Church, 6165 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church. 9AM – 12:30PM. Contact Jenny Byrne to be placed on the work crew.
