Men’s Retreat 2024: Set Apart for Honorable Use
When: Friday, May 17th (4 p.m.) — Sunday, May 19th (2 p.m.)
Where: White Sulphur Springs Retreat Center (Manns Choice, PA)
About: In 2 Timothy 2:21, the apostle Paul says that “if anyone cleanses himself from what is dishonorable, he will be a vessel for honorable use, set apart as holy, useful to the master of the house, ready for every good work.”
Join the men of TFCA as we gather for a weekend of retreat at White Sulphur Springs Retreat Center near Manns Choice, Pennsylvania. We’ll hear three inspiring teachings from the New Testament letter 2 Timothy, as together we’ll seek to learn what it means to become vessels set apart to honor God in our lives as everyday disciples of Jesus Christ. In addition to the main sessions, there will also be time set aside for prayer, recreation, food, fellowship, and spiritual nourishment through worship.
Teachings will include:
Session 1 – “The Soldier, the Athlete, and the Hard-Working Farmer” (2 Timothy 1:1-14 & 2:1-13) | John Frederick
Session 2 – “Vessels Set Apart for Honorable Use” (2 Timothy 2:14—3:9) | Eric Deussing
Session 3 – “Fight the Good Fight, Finish the Race, Keep the Faith” (2 Timothy 3:10—4:8) | Brian Gurney
There will be no registration at the door. We encourage you to register early to ensure your preferred lodging choice, as there are a very limited number of single and bunk rooms available.
