Summer Small Groups
Over the summer, we’re encouraging small groups to plan one or two fun events, such as a picnic or going to a ball game, and we’d also love for you to join the summer reading plan with Rev. Sam Ferguson and Rev. Isaiah Brooms.
Simply read/study one of the four books we read (Descriptions and reviews below), and invite Rev. Isaiah Brooms to join you for a live discussion (as he is able).
Deeper: Real Change for Real Sinners, by Dane Ortlund - (175 pages)
Strange New World: How Thinkers and Activists Redefined Identity and Sparked the Sexual Revolution, by Carl Trueman, - (187 pages)
Talking about Race: Gospel Hope for Hard Conversations, by Isaac Adams (185 pages)
Discipling: How to Help Others Follow Jesus, by Mark Devers (111 pages).”
NOT INTERESTED?
No problem! Small groups are welcome to continue discussing Sunday sermons during group time.
What is a SMALL group?
At TFCA, a small group is a group of people who are committed to engaging in spiritual growth and formation in community with one another over time. Our small groups represent a core way in which our church community seeks to follow Jesus by answering His call to love one another. It is through this community that we discover how we can authentically express that same love to our neighbors both near and far.
