Provincial Council
The Provincial Council is the governing body for the Anglican Church in North America and shall have the authority to adopt canons and constitutional amendments for ratification by the Provincial Assembly and to establish the program and budget of the Province. The chief work of the Provincial Assembly shall be strengthening the mission of the Province. (ACNA Constitution and Canons, Articles VI & VII)
