Providing a meal and bless a family who has recently had a baby join their family through birth or adoption. If you Have you received a meal or prayer in a time of need? The Expectant Parent Ministry is dedicated to encouraging parents with newborns, adopted children, or those who desire children by covering them in prayer and providing meals. The Falls Church Anglican is pleased to offer funeral receptions following services in order to bless our grieving families. Volunteers serve on an as-needed basis to help with set up and clean up. Commitment is approximately a few hours per month, depending on our schedule and your availability. With over 300 students enrolled in ESOL programming and opportunities for cross-ministry work with Vida Joven (a Young Life chapter that offers Spanish language meetings), there are so many ways to engage at Falls Church High School! In the years that TFCA parishioners have been engaged at FCHS, relationships with students have deepened and blossomed through the following opportunities.
Join the 20s & 30s community at 10am on May 14 to pack food boxes for Afghan refugees in our area.
Spring Giving Tree/ As Mother’s Day approaches, and we remember and honor mothers for all they do, we have the opportunity to bless two specific mothers in our own community. Through our partnership with Homestretch and participation in their Sacred Homes program, TFCA has had the privilege of walking alongside two mothers and their children as they propel themselves out of poverty and into wholistic self-sufficiency.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Afghan Meal Delivery to Lutheran Social Services Since September, TFCA has been providing meals three times a week to the Lutheran Social Services (LSS) office in Fairfax City for staff members and Afghan refugees who are being processed. Currently, we 15 slots to fill for the months of April and May.
If you have gifting in evangelism, administration, teaching or encouragement, we have a role for you. Please consider joining our first planning meeting online March 21, at 7 pm.
The Falls Church Fellows are accepting applications beyond their application deadline this year. If you know of any recent college graduates that would like to take 9 months to be discipled in their faith and explore their calling to the work place, please encourage them apply here or reach out through fellows@tfcanglican.org

Our ministry partners at the Falls Church High School are seeking volunteers to both work in the classroom and to mentor the college-capable kids. Volunteers who are willing to work indoors with students and are feeling called by God are being sought to help in two major areas.
